Ingredients

450g lamb mince
2 tbsp Samis Kitchen Shawarma Spice Blend
1 finely diced onion
1 egg
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt/pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. If too wet, add a couple of teaspoons of bread crumbs but should be fine.

Roll into balls, roll in a little flour just before cooking, pan fry in olive oil till cooked and nicely browned.
