Ingredients

1 zucchini
1 potato
¼ onion
Green beans
1 clove of garlic
Walnuts
Arborio rice
1 tablespoon of butter
Vegetable stock
Shawarma blend
Olive oil
Salt/pepper

Directions

Sweat the onion and the garlic in a pan until soft, then add the diced zucchini, potatoes and green beans together with 1 tbsp of Shawarma blend

When the vegetables are cooked add the rice and gradually add in the stock until the rice is cooked. Add the walnuts and finish with tbsp butter
