Serving Suggestions: Grill or pan-fry meat and serve in a wrap with Hummus and/or salad leaves, fresh mint, avocado, tomato. Grill or oven roast and serve as cutlets or Lamb rack with vegetables, mash Potato and jus.

Zaatar Marinated Feta

By Bec Laney Uses: Antipasti/Mezze platters, stir through pasta, stir through roast vege, add to salads e.g. pumpkin, pinenut and spinach. Success: Pretty good.  Zaatar sinks to bottom of jar so need to give it a good shake every now and then.
