Great, but I think I would add some lemon zest and juice into the next mixture.
| 500g lean beef mince |
| 1 tbsp Sami's Kitchen Shawarma Spice Blend |
| 1 med chopped onion |
| 1 tsp chilli powder (optional) |
| 1/2 cup wholemeal breadcrumbs (store bought or make sure bread is a bit on the stale side if making your own) |
| 1 egg |
| feta chunks (as much or little as you like, make sure 'chunks' are a decent size) |
