Ingredients

Suitable for 1kg of Red Meat (try Kangaroo)
1 tbsp Zaatar spices
6 tbsp Olive Oil
1-2 small Red Chilli (to taste)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2-3 cloves Garlic (crushed)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and pour onto the meat.

Rub or mix well into the meat and leave in the fridge for 24 hours, or as long as possible.
