Ingredients

Baby chicken/spatchcock
Garlic
1 onion
Baby beetroot
2 tomatoes
Rocket salad
1 bunch of parsley
Shish Tawook blend
White vinegar
Sugar
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil

Directions

Marinate the chicken with 3 tbsp of Shish Tawook, 1 clove of crushed garlic and olive oil for 1 hour

Dice and pan cook the tomatoes with a ¼ of diced onion and garlic until they become soft. Add a ¼ cup of vinegar and 1 tbsp of sugar

Cook until soft then add the parsley

Make a dressing with the vinegar and olive oil. Add to the rocket and beetroot salad

Grill the chicken on a barbecue until cooked. Serve with the tomato chutney and salad.
