Description

Serving Suggestions:
Grill or pan-fry meat and serve in a wrap with Hummus and/or salad leaves, fresh mint, avocado, tomato.
Grill or oven roast and serve as cutlets or Lamb rack with vegetables, mash Potato and jus.

Ingredients

Suitable for 1kg of Red Meat
2 tbsp Shawarma spices
1 tsp Salt
5-6 tbsp Olive Oil
1-2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Lemon Juice squeeze (add before cooking)

Directions

Mix the Shawarma, Salt, Olive Oil and Vinegar and pour onto the meat.

Rub or mix well into the meat and leave in the fridge for 24 hours, or as long as possible.

Mix in the Lemon Juice just before cooking.
