1 Kg of Fresh or Frozen beans
2 Medium Onions sliced
10 Garlic cloves peeled and sliced
1 can of Tomato puree
1.5 to 2 cans of water
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cook Onion and garlic until clear

Add Beans and cook until welted

Season with salt & pepper

Add Tomato puree and water

Simmer until beans are soft to the touch
