Uses:
Antipasti/Mezze platters,
stir through pasta,
stir through roast vege,
add to salads e.g. pumpkin, pinenut and spinach.

Success:
Pretty good.  Zaatar sinks to bottom of jar so need to give it a good shake every now and then.

Ingredients

Directions

Place 2cm square blocks of feta into a sterilised jar

Add 2tbsp Sami’s Kitchen Zaatar Spice Mix, 3 cloves of garlic (peeled and whole), juice from quarter of a lemon.

Cover feta with olive oil (just a std olive oil is fine), seal jar and refrigerate.

Bring to room temperature before serving.
