Everyday Shish Tawook Marinade
Ingredients
| Suitable for 1kg of Chicken |
| 2 tbsp Shish Tawook spices |
| 2 tsp Wholegrain Mustard |
| 1-2 tsp crushed Garlic |
| Olive Oil |
| 1 tsp Salt (recommended) |
Directions

- Mix the Shish Tawook, Olive Oil and other condiments and then pour onto the Chicken.

- Rub or mix well into the Chicken and leave in the fridge for 24 hours, or as long as possible.

- Optional: You could also add some Balsamic Vinegar.
