Japanese Falafel Marinade or Dressing
Ingredients
| 1 tbsp Falafel spices |
| Olive Oil |
| 1/4 tsp Wasabi |
| 1/2 tsp Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar |
Directions

- Mix the Falafel, Wasabi, Vinegar and Olive Oil. Keep adding Olive Oil until you form a nice smooth, runny paste.

- Rub or mix well into the Fish or Chicken, otherwise simply drizzle onto a nice salad as a delicious dressing.

- Optional: If you don’t have Wasabi, you could substitute with English Mustard for a little bit of kick… but then you can’t call it Japanese, can you?!
