Great simple and delicious meal. Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil dressing was fantastic!

Ingredients

1 tbsp Sami's Shish Tawook Blend
2 fillets of fish of your choice
Salad ingredients of your choice

Directions

Coat both sides of the fish fillets evenly with the spice blend.

Pan-fry or grill the fish for 5-6 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook and dry.

Squeeze fresh lemon over the fish once cooked and serve with a light salad of your choice.
