Description

Ingredients

50g Burghul or Bulgur wheat fine
3 cups Finely chopped parsley (flat or curly)
1 cup Diced Tomato
2 Tbsp Finely chopped fresh mint
1 Medium Onion diced (you can also use Spring Onions instead)
100 ml Lemon Juice
¼ cup Olive Oil
¾ tsp All Spice (Pimento)
1 ½ tsp Salt

Directions

In a bowl put the Burghul wheat, add some of the lemon juice and leave for half an hour to soak. Then add tomato, onion, season with salt and all spice and mix together.

Add parsley, mint, lemon juice and oil and mix the whole lot together. You can adjust the taste of lemon and salt to your liking.
